On this page you will find basic information pertaining to students who want to transfer to the Franciscan School of Theology.
In general, transfer students are new students to FST. They must complete our application process and be accepted to our school.
TRANSFER STUDENTS MUST SUBMIT:
- The Franciscan School of Theology Application
- A $40 Application Fee
- A Statement of Purpose
- Transcripts of all undergraduate studies
- Transcripts of all graduate studies (If any)
- Three Letters of Recommendation
- Request to Transfer Courses (If applicable)

TRANSFER OF CREDIT POLICY:
At the discretion of the Academic Dean, up to 24 credits from another accredited graduate institution may be transferred provided the student earned at least a B, and the course has not been used as credit toward any other degree. To request that credits be transferred from previous academic work, complete a Request to Transfer Courses form. You should also turn this form in with your application.
